Lloyd Meadows Road Project

The Great Basin Institute (GBI) is accepting bids on the Lloyd Meadow Road Project within the Western Divide Ranger District in the Sequoia National Forest/Giant Sequoia National Monument. This work is being conducted under a Stewardship Agreement between the US Forest Service and GBI and funded solely by the federal agency.

The Scope of Work requires dead tree and hazard tree felling/decking and removal (haul) of associated volume across 641 acres of the entire sale area. All interested parties are required to place a bid on these work items.

ENF – Caldor Fire Noxious Weeds Project

This project lies entirely within Sequoia National Forest Lands on the Western Divide Ranger District. The GBI is implementing this project under a Supplemental Project Agreement pursuant to a Master Stewardship Agreement between GBI and the US Forest Service.

This project consists of cutting and removal of dead trees up to 35 inches DBH in areas affected by high severity fire, and Hazard Tree cutting along roads accessing the project units.
